Jon graduated from Salisbury University in 2004 with a degree in Education and History. Although he loved to teach, he knew right away that being an entrepreneur was the path he would take in life. In his early 20’s Jon was fascinated by real estate and the wealth that was created for many during the booming real estate market of the late 90’s and early 2000’s. He decided to jump right in with no fall back plan. Jon was able to convince a highly successful real estate team and builder run by Jack Bannister at RE/MAX to give him a shot as a buyer agent. Jon stayed with Jack for almost two years learning a great deal about servicing clients and how new home builds work. Jon then struck out on his own and quickly earned many accolades and awards in his RE/MAX office. During the Real Estate downturn of the late 2000’s, Jon joined forces with the largest bank asset management agent in the DMV, Chris Guldi at Keller Williams. Jon ran the buyers department for the team and became an expert in real estate investing, helping clients turn run down properties into real estate gold. Jon started his own Real Estate Team in 2014 with a focus on residential and new home sales. He has increased his business every year. He has increased his business every year - from a modest $4.5 million in total production in 2014 to more than $30 million in 2019 - making Jon one of the top Realtors in all of Northern VA. Jon married up to his stunning wife Stephanie. She is an attorney and Ironman triathlete who's also raising their daughter and two pups. She loves to travel the world. He has a beautiful daughter Gracie and two awesome (slightly annoying) dogs Max and Scout.
