    Jonathan Granlund, a real, real estate agent! I had tried to sell my investment property, a town house in Northern Virginia. With interest rate cuts in the horizon, sales had been down and I was worried to continue with the maintenance expenses and utilities throughout winter which is a slow season. Jonathan from Real brokers LLC, was one of the three initial agents proposed by Clever Real Estate. Clever offers local agents with a 1.5% commission, and who provide their full services inclusive of professional photography, listings on all available media such as Zillow, Redfin, MLS, etc., holding open houses, and all that without reduced commission of 1.5% only. Jon came with a very acceptable property value and with a promise to get it sold. With a signboard in front of the property, I watched views increased fast and offers came. I had hard time selling my second townhouse and I asked Jonathan's help and he immediately picked it up and I'm glad to see both properties sold in less than couple months. Jonathan had been extremely responsive, every morning, he would provide me weekly comprehensive summary of activity, and his next steps to increase views, offering healthy suggestions.
